Some cards made at Junes hoosey!

Bit later than promised but here are some of the cards I made

Firstly I need to say sorry for the bad picture of my sister in the background!! The card was a white 6x6 covered with green Coredinations. I ran some pink Coredinations throught the bug in the script embossing folder then sanded it a little. The decoupage is part of Paperania Summer Bloom? set that I've had for ages just sitting there! I've added glossy accents to highlight the flowers a bit and some card candy just to finish off.

This one would have been good for Valentines day if it was made a bit earlier!! 6x6 white card with Hero Arts heart stamped onto red Coredinations with black memento.
I've set an eyelet at the bottom of the heart on a jump ring put a wee heart charm which I think came from the Works. I've mounted the heart with 3D foam then just doodled the black around the edges of the card!

Craft Day

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to have a lovely day crafting with two good friends. We had a great day followed by a nice chinese in Glasgow. I made some ATCs and a couple of cards which I will upload later. We had Junes bengal cat Indy "helping"!! He played fetch with Lynnes really sticky tape and was a bit taken with the Cuttlebug!! So funny :)

Bargain in Aldi!

I've been on holiday this last two weeks and when I was up at my Mum and Dads we went shopping a day ( well, lots of days really!!) I picked up this fantastic book in Aldi (Oban branch) It was only £2.99!!!!

There's loads of great ideas in it. Mum picked up the knitting one and has already made something from it!!

Thought it was about time I tried out my new Tim Holtz stamps. Bought them on E Bay a while back and haven't really had a chance to do anything with them yet. So here is a wee ATC I made this afternoon.
                                                       
The background paper is from Do Crafts,I inked the edges with Dusty Concord and added bits of a Zva pearl flurish.
